Miedema (1984f): Meyah Akari

Original citation: Miedema, Jelle. 1984. De Kebar 1855-1980: Sociale structuur en religie in de Vogelkop van West Nieuw-Guinea. Dordrecht: Foris Publications.
Notes on this source: This language is referred to in the source with the name <Etskebi>. According to informants from Kebar, however, this is simply the local Mpur name for the Meyah. From the map given in the source, Etskebi is treated as separate from Meyah. The area where it is claimed to be spoken is on the border between the normally recognised Meyah and Moskona areas.
