ni ma-nito dance: the basic movement is a rythmic inward/outward movement of the knees; the feet are stationary, the arms hang limply down the sides; the movement of the legs follows the drum-beat. Several ways of dancing are distinguished

yiwi --the upper part of the body bent slightly backwards and to one side, the head looking back
cepes --the way women dance, with the arms not hanging down but bent, the hands in front of the stomach
asinterok --slightly bent forward, rocking the hips
fa --bent forward, swaying the buttocks - this dance is performed by women when a person is seriously ill or dying-
kap pem --dancing with one arm lifted up as if one has a sore in the armpit
ter kapom --moving the legs for short periods only with intermittent periods of rest
